Texas Assistive Technology Network Statewide Conference

• All registrations include a booth and up to 4 exhibitors.

• Application Deadline is December 1, 2011.

• No monetary compensation or travel reimbursement is offered for concurrent session submissions submitted by school district/vendor/hospital personnel. Only national presenters contracted with individually receive compensation/travel.

Tentative 2012 Exhibit Hall Schedule:

Exhibit space: We are a small conference center and do not contract with any commercial exhibit management companies.  Vendors tend to keep it simple and do not typically send the “big booths”, though you are welcome to do so if you wish. We have one large room for the exhibit hall and each exhibitor will have two 1.5x6 feet tables.  

Outlets: Each exhibit space is allotted one power strip that will connect either to an extension cord or directly to an outlet. Since you may be sharing a power strip with another vendor, you may want to bring extra power strips. We will have power strips be available, in case you need them.

Door Prizes: Participants must complete an exhibit hall activity to be eligible to win a door prize.  The drawings will be held at the unopposed exhibit times during the conference and at the conclusion of the conference.  Door Prizes indicated on the online application previously completed will be acknowledged in the conference program.  If you did not pledge a door prize and are interested in donating a Door Prize, please contact Cecilia Robinson at 713-744-6379 or crobinson@esc4.net. Door prizes can be mailed in advance or brought to the conference.

Mailing Exhibit Materials: You may mail catalogs and other materials prior to the conference.  Please send them to Cecilia Robinson, Region 4 ESC (7145 West Tidwell, Houston, Texas 77092) clearly labeled with “AT Conference and your name/contact information.” In order to ship items back after the conference, you must have a completed return label billed to your account.
