2012 Continuing Education Information: CEU applications are currently pending. The actual CEUs/credits that can be earned will be determined by presentation submissions, CE provider approval and the sessions participants attend. Questions: contact Kirk Behnke, kbehnke@esc4.net, 713-744-6559.

Pending Speech Language Pathologists and Assistants American Speech Hearing and Language Association (ASHA) Continuing Education Units (CEU) Pending
  • Sign in for the conference AND at the CE table EACH DAY of the conference
  • Obtain a CE Log and an ASHA Participant form from the CE Desk
  • Keep track of sessions attended on CE log
  • Complete ASHA Participant Form  (including ASHA number if utilizing the ASHA CE Registry ). If you are not a registry user, complete he form but do not fill out the ASHA number
  • Return duplicate copy of CE Log and ASHA Participant Form to CE desk before leaving conference
  • Keep your copy of the CE Log and the program for your records

Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals (ACVREP) Credit Education (CE) Credits 15
  • Sign in for the conference EACH DAY of the conference
  • On the first day of the conference, acquire an ACVREP packet from the CE Desk
  • Select and attend sessions approved for ACVREP credits
  • Arrive at the presentation room before each session begins. Sign in on the room sign-in sheet. Stay for the entire session.
  • At the end of the session, ask the room facilitator/monitor to sign his/her name on your ACVREP Credits Tally Form.
  • At the end of the conference, enter the total number of ACVREP credits earned onto the Tally Form and Certificate of Completion. Bring the white copy of the Tally Form and Certificate to the CE Desk. Keep the duplicate copy of the Tally Form for your record.
  • Credit hours earned will be checked by the CE Desk monitor on the Tally Form and Certificate of Completion
