Texas Assistive Technology Network Statewide Conference

Call for District/Rehab/Hospital PRESENTERS has closed. Please contact Angela Standridge (amstand@esc4.net or 713.744.6831) if you would like to submit a presentation.
You may submit more than one presentation. Close all browser windows and re-open the conference website before clicking the submission link for subsequent presentations.
Acceptance emails for submitted proposals will be sent by March 2012.

No monetary compensation or travel reimbursement is offered for concurrent session submissions submitted by school district/vendor/hospital personnel. Only national presenters contracted with individually receive compensation/travel.

All accepted School District Presenters will be entered in a SPECIAL Door Prize Drawing.

Up to four school district presenters per submission will have their registration fees waived for accepted presentations. No other compensation or travel reimbursement is offered.

Presentation rooms are equipped as follows:

Presentation room capacity ranges from 30-100 participants

At least one lapel microphone

Data projection system that can be connected to a laptop (cable provided; Mac users bring converter/dongle)

Elmo upon request
DVD/VHS player
Free guest Internet access via Ethernet (cable not provided) or wireless (card not provided)
Desktop computer: connected to our data projection system; DVD/CD drives, USB ports, Internet access; Windows 7 and MS Office Professional 2007 or 2010
Interactive whiteboard available by request only
