No monetary compensation or travel reimbursement is offered for concurrent session submissions submitted by school district/vendor/hospital personnel. Only national presenters contracted with individually receive compensation/travel.

Up to three (3) school district presenters per submission will have their registration fees waived for accepted presentations. No other compensation or travel reimbursement is offered.

If you are an exhibitor who is also presenting and your session will focus only on your company's product or service, please disclose the following at the beginning of your session and/or in your presentation materials using one of the following:

Handouts: It is left to the discretion of the presenter as to whether or not to provide hard copy handouts.  If you choose to provide hard copy handouts, it is recommended that you bring least 50 copies.  We will post accessible text, MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF only electronic format handouts to the conference website if they are submitted by May 1, 2019 to amstand@esc4.net. To enable participants to find your electronic handouts, please name your files using the following protocol: primary presenter’s last + title summary; for example standridge.aac.for.all.pdf.

Presentation rooms are equipped as follows:

  • Presentation room capacity ranges from 30-100 participants
  • At least one lapel or hand held microphone
  • Data projection system that can be connected to a laptop (cable provided; Mac users bring converter/dongle)
  • Document Camera upon request
  • DVD/CD drive in main presentation computer
  • Free guest Internet access via Ethernet (cable not provided) or wireless (card not provided)
  • Desktop computer: connected to our data projection system; DVD/CD drives, USB ports, Internet access; Windows 10 and MS Office Professional 2016
  • Interactive whiteboard available by request only
  • Document camera available by request only
