Texas Assistive Technology Network Statewide Conference
Call for Presenters will open October 1, 2018 and will close December 31, 2018.

Accepted presenters will be notified via email in March, 2019.
No monetary compensation or travel reimbursement is offered for concurrent session submissions submitted by school district/charter, vendor, university, or hospital/rehab personnel. Only invited, contracted presenters receive compensation.
Up to four (4) public school personnel presetners per sumbission will have their registration fees waived for accepted presentations. No other compensation or travel reimbursement is offered.
Exhibitors/vendors must register for a booth to have presentation submission considered. Registering to Exhibit does not guarantee presentation acceptance.
CEU information: Presenters are required to disclose financial and non-financial relationships. Please included the following in your presentations either orally before you begin, or within your presentation materials. If you are an exhibitor who is also presenting and your session will focus only on your company's product or service, please disclose the following at the beginning of your session and/or in your presentation materials using one of the following:

The <organization> has developed and patented a licensed technology trademarked as the <insert name of product or service>. Because there are no other like-kind products available, course offerings will only cover information that pertains to the effective and safe use of the above-named products.
Handouts: It is left to the discretion of the presenter as to whether or not to provide hard copy handouts. If you choose to provide hard copy handouts, it is recommended that you bring least 50 copies. We will post accessible text, MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF only electronic format handouts to the conference website if they are submitted by May 15, 2019 to firstname.lastname@example.org. To enable participants to find your electronic handouts, please name your files using the following protocol: primary presenterís last + title summary; for example standridge_aac_for_all.pdf.

Presentation rooms are equipped as follows:
Presentation room capacity ranges from 30-100 participants
At least one lapel or hand microphone
Data projection system that can be connected to a laptop (cable provided; Mac users bring converter/dongle)
DVD/CD drive in main presentation computer
Free guest Internet access via Ethernet (cable not provided) or wireless (card not provided)
Desktop computer: connected to our data projection system; DVD/CD drives, USB ports, Internet access; Windows 10 and MS Office Professional 2016
