Presentation rooms are equipped as follows:

Presentation room capacity ranges from 30-100 participants

At least one lapel microphone
Data projection system that can be connected to a laptop (cable provided; Mac users bring converter/dongle)

Free guest Internet access via Ethernet (cable not provided) or wireless (card not provided)
Desktop computer: connected to the data projection system; DVD/CD drives, USB ports, Internet access; Windows XP and MS Office Professional 2007
