Texas Assistive Technology Regional Conference 2008

Air & Ground Transportation: Region 4 is accessible from both George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport.  Online information regarding airlines, flights, parking, rental cars, ground transportation, and terminal maps may be obtained at http://www.houstonairportsystem.org.   

Hotel Accommodations:  A limited number of rooms are available at a special conference rate.  Reservations should be made by individual attendee directly with the hotel's reservation department. It is necessary to arrange ground transportation to and from the hotels. Complimentary hotel shuttles to and from Region 4 are available with 24-hour notice and based on availability.  Taxis are also available through the hotels’ concierge. State rate is only guaranteed until cut-off date listed below for each individual hotel.
